MYSIA, Adramyteum. Commodus. AD 177-192. Æ Medallion (32mm, 28.05 g, 6h). Aelius Reginus, strategus. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Commodus right on horseback, raising hand; to right, soldier, holding shield and vexillum, standing left. RPC Online -; SNG France 46 = AMNG IV 118/2 (same dies). Near EF, black-green patina, slight double strike on reverse. Extremely rare.
